Christmas Cut-Off Dates & Shipping Period

Please be advised that during the Christmas and Boxing Day Period, you may experience longer processing and delivery times than usual. This is due to a combination of public holidays, reduced courier operations, and increased order volumes.

While we will do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to limited courier services and backlog.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or over long weekends), due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post-delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed, we’ll email you your tracking details. Most parcels are shipped with Australia Post, so you can follow your order’s journey directly through their website using your tracking number.

If you can’t find your tracking number or have any questions about your shipment, please reach out via our Contact Us page and our Customer Service team will be happy to help.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

To minimise contact, Australia Post no longer requires a signature for deliveries. You can leave delivery instructions at checkout; otherwise, your parcel will be left in a safe location if available.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We’re unable to split a single order into multiple delivery addresses. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.


Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please get in touch with our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page. We’ll assist you promptly to resolve the issue.


Returns Policy

You’re welcome to return items within 30 days of dispatch. All products must be unused and in their original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. While most refunds are completed sooner, please allow up to three weeks from the time you lodge your return. This timeframe includes delivery back to us (5–10 business days), processing the return (3–5 business days) and your bank’s processing time (5–10 business days).

Please note: for change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees are not refundable.

To organise a return, please Contact Us with your order number and product details. We’ll send through instructions on how to send your item back.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we can't be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.


Clearance Items

Clearance products follow our standard shipping guidelines.
Please note: Final Sale Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure our products meet high quality standards.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:

  1. A refund or exchange for a major fault, or

  2. A repair or exchange if the issue is not considered a major fault.

When assessing faulty goods, factors such as usage, time since purchase and reasonable wear are taken into account.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item or your order contains an error, please Contact Us.
If your product is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return postage.
